How To Order - Online Ordering Instructions
To order on our web site, follow the steps below.
Browsing and Selecting Products
- Browse our main product categories by clicking the category
in the navigation section across the top of the page.
- Choose a design.
- Once on the product page, check the items you wish to
purchase in the Order Now box. If you are ordering checks,
please select a quantity and format. You may change the
quantity of any product later in the checkout process.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item(s)
to your cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page.

Shopping Cart Page
- Preview all items in your shopping cart. You may remove items
or update quantities on the Shopping Cart page.
- You may choose to continue shopping or proceed with checkout
by clicking the appropriate button.
- If you continue with checkout, and have a personalized product
in your cart (checks, labels, cards, or stamps) you will be taken
to Step 1 of the Checkout process, "Personalize Your Products".
NOTE: For security reasons, you may purchase
only one check product per order. |
Checkout Step 1: Personalize Products
- Select the desired options for your personalized product. Options
available MAY include (depending on your product) Special Lettering,
Cuts and/or Monograms, and Over-Signature Text.
- Click the "Submit & Continue" button.
- Using your existing check as a reference, fill in all personal
and bank information according to what you want printed on your
checks. If you need help finding your routing and account numbers,
you can refer to the diagram provided for assistance.
- Click the "Preview" button to view your product with
all selected options and personalization.
Your preview will appear in a pop-up window, which you should close
when you have finished previewing your product.
- Click the "Submit & Continue" button. If you have
additional personalized products in your cart, you will continue
in Step 1 to select options and enter personalization. Otherwise
you will continue to Step 2.

Checkout Step 2: Order Review
- On this page you will preview all of the products in your order
with all options, personalization and prices.
- You may view the pop-up preview of each personalized product
again by clicking the "Preview" button under each product
image.
- You may click the Edit Product button to correct any errors
in options or personalization.
- You may click the Delete Item button to remove any unwanted
products from your order.
- If you have an offer code from an advertisement, you may enter
it on this page to see if you qualify for the pricing in that
ad. Enter the offer code and click Update Pricing.
- Click the "Submit & Continue" button to proceed
to "Step 3: Shipping and Billing".

Checkout Step 3: Shipping and Billing
- If you have a check in your order, your shipping and billing
information will be pre-populated from your check personalization.
For security reasons, we require that your personalization, shipping
and billing addresses be the same when placing an online check
order. If these addresses are not the same, you can choose our
printable Mail/Fax order form or call 1-800-562-8768 to place
your order by phone. You will need to fax us proof of address
if your billing address differs from your shipping address.
- Complete all required fields for your shipping address, including
your email address which will be used to send order and shipment
confirmation messages.
- Choose a shipping
method.
- Complete all required fields for your billing address. We request
your phone number so we can call you if we have a question about
your order.
- Click the "Submit & Continue" button to proceed
to "Step 4: Review & Payment".

Checkout Step 4: Review & Payment
- This page includes a final review of your order.
- You may view the pop-up preview of each personalized product
again by clicking the "Preview" button under each product
image.
- You may use the Edit Quantity button to change the quantity
of any product in your order.
- You may use the Edit Shipping or Edit Billing buttons to change
information in this area. Remember, if you have a check in your
order, your shipping and billing addresses will not be editable.
To use different shipping or billing addresses, you must use our
Mail/Fax order form or call 1-800-562-8768 to order by phone.
You will need to fax us proof of address if your billing address
differs from your shipping address.
- To order online, please complete all information for credit
card payment (VISA and MasterCard only).
- Press "Complete My Purchase" to complete your online
order.
- If ordering by Mail/Fax, click on the "Mail/Fax Order Form"
link to be taken to a printable order form.

Order Acknowledgement
- Please print this page for your records.
- You will receive an email confirmation containing your order
number that will allow you to check the status of your order on
our site.

To Order - Ordering By Mail
- To order by mail or fax, follow the steps above until you get
to Step 3: Shipping & Billing.
- When you reach the shipping and billing page, please select
the Mail/Fax order form option to generate a printable copy of
your order.
- To order by mail, you may pay by check or credit card. If paying
by credit card, please complete this information and then print
the page.
- To fax your order, you must pay by credit card. Please complete
your credit card information; then print this page and fax it
to us.
- Please include a voided check or reorder form and deposit slip
with all mail/fax orders. This will expedite the processing of
your order.
